These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MizoAd Network platform ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Definitions

Advertiser: A user who creates an advertisement on the MizoAd Network.
Viewer/User: A user who clicks on or interacts with an advertisement.
Ad Click: A user interaction involving the clicking of an advertisement.
Payment System: The method by which advertisers pay for ad clicks and viewers are compensated for interacting with ads.
Content: All forms of media including videos, text, images, or links submitted by the advertisers.

2. User Accounts and Device Identification

2.1. Advertisers: Advertisers are required to create an account in order to create and manage advertisements. The account allows advertisers to access the app across multiple devices. Without an account, advertisers will not be able to track or manage their ads on different devices.

2.2. Users/ Viewers: Users who click on ads and earn money are not required to create an account. The app identifies the user based on their device ID, and all data (including earnings) is tied to that specific device. If a user changes their device, they will lose all their data and earnings because the app uses the device ID for identification. Users are responsible for ensuring they continue using the app on the same device if they want to maintain their data and earnings.

Important: Users cannot transfer their data to a new device. If you switch devices, all progress, earnings, and data tied to your previous device will be lost permanently.

3. Ad Creation and Content

3.1. Advertisement Creation

Advertisers can create ads in the form of video content (such as YouTube videos) and must pay a specified fee for each click they wish to receive on their ads. Advertisements must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

3.2. Prohibited Content

You may not use MizoAd Network to create or share content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
Infringes on any third-party’s intellectual property rights.
Promotes violence, discrimination, or other offensive behavior.

4. Payment and Earnings

4.1. Advertiser Payments

Advertisers are required to pay a set amount for every click they wish to generate for their advertisement. Payments are to be made in advance and are non-refundable, except where otherwise explicitly stated.

4.2. Earnings for Viewers

Viewers will be paid a certain amount for each valid click they make on advertisements. The amount paid per click will be determined by the App and may change at any time.

4.3. Withdrawal of Earnings

Viewers can withdraw their earnings once they meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as stated in the App. Payment methods for withdrawal will be specified in the App, and any fees associated with the withdrawal process will be borne by the user.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Fraudulent Activity: Manipulating or artificially generating clicks on advertisements.
Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of increasing earnings or manipulating the system.
Use of Bots or Automated Systems: Using automated systems, bots, or any other means to interact with ads in a fraudulent manner.
Unlawful Activities: Using the App for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

MizoAd Network and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MizoAd Network and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. In the event of termination, any unpaid earnings or unused advertisement credits may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MizoAd Network is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App or the advertisements therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MizoAd Network, its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
